The lobby and the breakfast room look wonderful. The hotel was roomy, clean, very comfortable and close to the centre. The shower was modern and warm. I paid for an extra buffet breakfast one day which was filling enough to avoid getting lunch.

Very friendly staff, gave us a proper introduction and showed the way for car parking possibilities. We read that the breakfast was very good, we couldn't wait for it and were not disappointed. The breakfast is great with choice of different coffees and lots of food choices. The room was clean and the beds conformable. We had a excellent stay in Antwerp.

The hotel is really conveniently placed, with metro and bus links into the city less than a 5 minute walk away. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good.

The building itself and the staff are out of the ordinary! Friendly and attentive but not invasive personnel. And gorgeous main rooms that are just a delight to look at. An odd but appreciated detail was the use of organic compostable coffee cups and the softness of the towels.
Antwerp is an amazing city and this hotel does it proud.
