Out guide had no idea what he was doing.
As I wrote on another review, it appears that Trip Advisor is now hiring locals who SAY they know their way around the city on the spot. I would NOT Recommend any PRIVATE tours from trip advisor or VIATOR, as the guides are obviously not screened. We were extremely disappointed with this tour. Our guide was scrambling to figure out where to take us. We stopped for coffee and we graciously bought him one as well. At the end of the tour , he said “Now we go for Belgium Beer”
We told him , we do not drink beer. He completely ignored that, and continued to walk to the café to get the beer. My husband and I assumed that this was included, as whenever we have done private tours, some sort of drink or treat is included. So we said, I guess we can have a water. Well, when the water and his beer came, he asked us to pay for it. Our credit cards did not work at that café, and finally he had to pay for his own beer and our two waters. He was very upset about this, and told us that we had better give him a good review since he paid for our waters. Because he was expecting us to buy him a beer. Unbelievable!

Waited 20-25 minutes at the "Prandeo" cafe. Never saw anyone resembling a guide. Called the number indicated for questions and got operator message that it was disconnected.
