In the Fashion heart of Antwerp, our guide will take you to ateliers, jewellery stores and guide you through the unique stories of our designers. You will also be able to meet some of the artisans committed to keeping the traditions of handmade jewellery alive.
If you love jewellery, a tour through de Gouden Straatjes in Antwerp is the best way to see our diamond city truly sparkle!
Please note that the tour takes place in the fashion district where most of our Creative and artisanal jewellers are. Not in the diamond district.

Way too expensive

The guide was brilliant and I enjoyed learning the history of guilds and visiting the artist jeweller but the tour was not worth the $300 Australian I paid. Worth more like $100 Australian for a small group, less for a bigger group. I would have rated it as a 5 if it wasn’t for the high cost of the tour.
Fantastic tour of Jewellers with Jasmine

My husband, teenage daughter and I did this tour with Jasmine on 23rd June. Jasmine is a jewellery designer herself so was able to give us a real insight to the world of jewellery designing. We learned a lot about the trade and the intricacies involved.
We visited 3 jewellery stores were we met the jewellers who talked us through their design process and showed us their workshops. They were all very open to questions and we never felt pressured to buy any jewellery,
The jewellers visited in total was around 10. Each had their own distinct style. If we wanted to go into any store we were able to. We purchased some jewellery from 2 separate stores which we would never have found if not on this tour.
My 16 year old daughter loved this tour - it was her favourite tour from our holiday in Belgium. We all found it interesting and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with Jasmine. If you want to see diamonds then this is not the tour for you. If you want an insight into jewellery design and jewellery making then this tour is fabulous. Thank you for a unique experience.
No diamond tour

Although the tour guide was very nice and knowledeable, we only spoke with 2 artisan and one sales clerk. The other sites were just looking through the window shop. And there was virtually no discussion on diamonds and mostly gem stones on the tour. I would not recommend to anyone unless they had a group of ten to offset the total cost.
